RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we are of course here to help you! Everything you need to know when it comes to returning your order, can be found on the “Retour Form” that was shipped within the package of your order. Please fill in all the information necessary, and bring the package to your local service point. If you live in The Netherlands, please use a PostNL point when returning your order.

 

If you do not have the Retour Form, or if it is damaged, please mail to support@awfulquality.com for a fresh one!

 

 

(1) Our Return Policy



You may return your order, within fourteen (14) days after the date of your order, in accordance with the instructions from Awful Quality regarding returns. During this 14-day term you are obliged to take reasonable care of the product and its original Awful Quality Shop packaging. You will only use the product in the matter necessary to inspect the nature and specifications of the product. The customer will immediately, at least within fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your request to cancel the purchase, return the products to us.

 

 

(2) How to return a product:



As a customer from The Netherlands, you won’t be responsible for the cost of returning the product, in its original condition with the tags attached. Please include the Return Form containing all the information about your return. You need to use PostNL to make sure your shipping costs will be excluded. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

As a customer outside from The Netherlands, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, in its original condition with the tags attached. Please include the Return Form containing all the information about your return. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

(3) What if I have never received my product?

 

In case you have not received the order within the time range indicated, please first check the track and trace code provided by the carrier. Please allow for 5 more working days before arrival of the order before contacting us via support@awfulquality.com .

 

 

(4) Before you return your product, please make sure that:



The product was received in the last 14 days. The product is sent back with its original Awful Quality Shop packaging, with the original tags attached. The product(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way possible, and can not show any signs of use.

 

 

(5) The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following events:



(1) Your product, by reason of its nature, cannot be returned due to hygienic and health

reasons and the sealed packaging has been breached (underwear for example);

(2) personalised merchandise; or

(3) Product has been altered or damaged by the customer.

 

The customer should cancel the purchase of a product by the following the instructions provided on the return form or, alternatively, inform Awful Quality clearly and in writing that it wants to cancel the order. The risk and burden of proof of correct and timely compliance with instructions in this is with the customer.

 

 

(6) What if my product is damaged or Incorrect?

 

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately via support@awfulquality.com. We may ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.

 

 

(7) After we have received the product:



If the customer cancels the purchase of a product in accordance with the instructions as specified herein, Awful Quality will process the refund for you as soon as possible and after receipt of the sent product(s). A refund will be via the same method of payment as the order, unless agreed upon differently.

 

 

(8) Send the product with its original packing AND “Retour Form” to:
